Old wooden and aluminium windows let cold air in round the frame, the glass runs with water, and the room never warms up however long the bukhari burns. Most of that starts at the joints.

Frame corners are fused, not screwed, so there is no joint for air to find.

How we work
From first measure to final fit
The people who measure your openings are the people who make and fit your windows. Nothing gets lost between a shop, a fabricator and a fitter.
Survey
We come to the site and measure every opening: width, height, wall depth, sill and floor levels, and access. Nothing is made from guessed sizes.
Specify
We sit with your drawings and opening list and agree the type, panel layout, glass, mesh, grille, hardware and finish. You get a clear written quotation.
Cut
VEKA profiles are cut to your exact sizes in our own plant, and galvanised iron reinforcement is cut and fixed inside each length.
Weld
Corners are fused on a welding machine, then cleaned so the joint is sealed and the corner is crisp.
Assemble
Glass, beads, EPDM gaskets and hardware go in. Every unit is checked for size, movement and locking before it is wrapped.
Fit & hand over
The same team delivers and fits: frames set, packed, fixed and sealed to the wall. We check every sash with you and show you how to use and clean it.

WhatsApp us your rough sizes, or a photo of each opening with a tape across it, and tell us where the house is. We send a first estimate on WhatsApp, then measure on site and give a written quotation before anything is made.
How are uPVC windows priced?
Each window is priced by its size, the type of opening, the profile system, the glass, the hardware and the finish. That is why we ask for sizes first. Our quote form adds up the area of your openings for you.
Which profiles do you use?
We fabricate mainly on VEKA uPVC profile systems with galvanised iron reinforcement, welded corners and EPDM gaskets. The exact profile family is written into your quotation.
Do you replace old wooden or aluminium windows?
Yes. Renovations are a large part of our work. We measure the old openings, remove the old frames and fit new uPVC frames sealed to the wall, room by room if you are living in the house.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Kashmir: Srinagar, Budgam and Ganderbal; Baramulla, Sopore, Pattan, Tangmarg, Gulmarg and Uri; Kupwara, Handwara and Bandipora; and projects elsewhere in the Valley. Our plant is in Kanispora, Baramulla.
Will uPVC windows stop condensation completely?
No window can promise that. Condensation depends on how much moisture is in the room, how cold the glass surface is and how the room is ventilated. Double glazing keeps the inside pane warmer and good seals stop draughts, but ventilation still matters, especially with a bukhari, hamam or kitchen.
