Each window is priced by its size, the type of opening, the profile system, the glass, the hardware and the finish. That is why we ask for sizes first. Our quote form adds up the area of your openings for you.

We fabricate mainly on VEKA uPVC profile systems with galvanised steel reinforcement, welded corners and EPDM gaskets. The exact profile family is written into your quotation.

Yes. Renovations are a large part of our work. We measure the old openings, remove the old frames and fit new uPVC frames sealed to the wall, room by room if you are living in the house.

We work across Kashmir: Srinagar, Budgam and Ganderbal; Baramulla, Sopore, Pattan, Tangmarg, Gulmarg and Uri; Kupwara, Handwara and Bandipora; and projects elsewhere in the Valley. Our plant is in Kanispora, Baramulla.

No window can promise that. Condensation depends on how much moisture is in the room, how cold the glass surface is and how the room is ventilated. Double glazing keeps the inside pane warmer and good seals stop draughts, but ventilation still matters, especially with a bukhari, hamam or kitchen.

Yes. We measure each old opening, take the wooden frame out and fit the new uPVC frame to the wall, then seal the gap round it. Send us a photo of the window and its rough size to start.

A sliding sash seals with brush seals and interlocks rather than a compressed gasket. For bedrooms where winter draughts matter most, many families choose casement or tilt and turn, and keep sliding windows for kitchens and wide openings. We will tell you honestly what suits each room.

Two tracks for the glass panels and a half track for a sliding insect-mesh panel, so you can keep the mesh closed while the glass is open.

In winter you can leave the top tilted for a little fresh air without opening the window wide, which helps with condensation from cooking, a bukhari or a hamam. In summer you turn it fully open.

Yes. Frosted or privacy glass is the usual choice for bathrooms. Tell us which rooms, and we will specify the glass with the quotation.
