Air in light rain
The sash opens outward from the bottom, so it sheds rain while open.

W/04 · Windows
The sash is hinged at the top and opens out at the bottom, so rain runs off it and the room still gets air. A practical choice for bathrooms, kitchens, stairwells and high-level ventilation, usually with frosted glass for privacy.

No window can promise that. Condensation depends on how much moisture is in the room, how cold the glass surface is and how the room is ventilated. Double glazing keeps the inside pane warmer and good seals stop draughts, but ventilation still matters, especially with a bukhari, hamam or kitchen.
